I discovered Mitz’s work after seeing one of his chairs at a client's place. I was immediately drawn to the sleek and simple design.
Actor Headshot Party
A few weeks ago, Simon reached out to me telling me that he + 6 classmates (all theatre students at Concordia) needed new headshots for a big application coming up. I decided to finally test out the idea of a headshot party that I came up with a year ago.
Montreal Artists: Laucolo
If you’ve been following my Facebook/Instagram feeds lately, I know you think that I’ve become obsessed with vegetables and plants. Unfortunately, this post won’t really help convince you otherwise. Laurence is a local artist who draws local vegetables (although the occasional fruit will sneak in there as well).

Don’t Try This at Home - Aerial Silks Photoshoot
Last week, I met up with Amanda and Meags for a photoshoot at Amanda’s amazing place. Industrial greenhouse-like windows, hardwood floors, and aerial silks.
Personal Project: Cozy
A few months ago, I started Cozy, a personal photography project in which I visited people in their homes across Montreal and photographed their favourite cozy sweaters. Some of them knit their own sweaters, others received them as gifts, and many found them in thrift shops. Check out some of the wonderful people I met so far and their amazing sweaters (whether beautiful and ugly).
Throw a Headshot Party, Save Some Money
I’m letting you host a headshot party at my place. Find friends who also need professional headshots and come to my studio together for a few hours. Bring beer, hang out, play board games, have a jam session, order pizza.
A Tribute to Montreal Improv
About a year ago, after getting the green light from Marc Rowland (co-founder of Montreal Improv), I did a quick personal photography project with Montreal Improv’s house teams. I thought it would just be a one-time thing, but to my delight, it led to further connections down the road.
