And for the superstitious, think of the future spouse that this bouquet or garter guarantees you. So how does one catch it? Where should you stand?
Wedding in Marche Bonsecours and… McDonald’s?
Even though I had already photographed a wedding in Marché Bonsecours, they had a bunch of things I had never experienced before, from the Chinese tea ceremony and the two massive roasted pigs, to a game of flip cup in the middle of the reception and some good old K-Ci & JoJo.

Personal Project: Cozy
A few months ago, I started Cozy, a personal photography project in which I visited people in their homes across Montreal and photographed their favourite cozy sweaters. Some of them knit their own sweaters, others received them as gifts, and many found them in thrift shops.
