He works at Banque Nationale, she works at RBC.That’s how the story of Romeo and Juliet begins, right?
Vincent and Sandra met during an infamous trip to Hampton Beach. We only got bits and pieces of the story from conversations with the bridal party and from a few speeches. In general, it seemed to be a "What happens in Hampton Beach stays in Hampton Beach" kind of story. But here's the important part.
Vincent and a group of guys took a little trip to Hampton Beach, where they met a group of foreign-looking girls also on vacation. They looked exotic, perhaps even Italian. Both groups of friends wanted to meet other travellers, so they started chatting. It was only a matter of time until they realized that everyone was speaking English with a Québécois accent, and it turns out that everyone was from Montreal. They’ve kept in touch since, and that’s how Vincent and Sandra’s story got started.
And without further ado, enjoy the story of their wedding day:
The ceremony took place in l’Église Nativité-de-la-Sainte-Vierge. I love it churches have a ton of light.
The reception hall was in Espace Rive-Sud, connected to the Club de Golf Laprairie.
There was a great moment during our portrait photoshoot on the golf course where our cart broke down in the middle of the field. They sent us 3 replacement carts in no time, so I got to drive my first one (while my second photographer Julien was taking some behind the scenes shots).
There was a hilarious meditation / visualization speech by one of the groomsmen. The speeches were also extremely moving - at one point, I turned around and the entire table behind me was crying.
I hope you enjoyed the photos! Thank you again Vincent and Sandra for the wonderful day.
